I am here to help you identify what you really want and educate and support you to create the mindset shift and practical changes needed to execute your dreams successfully. My favourite part, we are looking at all areas of your life, to create holistic , sustainable success.
I pride myself on ensuring my clients achieve permanent positive changes that dramatically improve their fulfilment in day to day life and their results, time and time again.
At the centre of what I do is an unwavering passion to prevent people from dying with regret. I know it sounds morbid and / or harsh, but this is my absolute dream. I worked as a CNC in Palliative Care Medicine (RN) for ten years. I saw it each and every day, people only waking up after they received bad news, regrets of working too hard, not following their dreams, and after what I have studied, firstly changed my own life and then hundreds of clients who I have helped change their lives, I know it is completely preventable.
